Ty Fairman Director and Owner



Ty Fairman served and amassed over thirty years (30) experience with the Department of Justice and Department of Defense. As a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, he specialized in International Terrorism and Foreign Counterintelligence. During his tenure in the FBI he has worked numerous cases involving the procurement and proliferation of chemical biological warfare materials to countries on the United States’ National Security Threat List, as well as, the identification, interview and arrest of the world’s most-wanted terrorists, kidnappers and individuals providing various forms of material support to terrorism.


As a Special Agent and member of the FBI Evidence Response Team and Hazardous Materials Team, Mr. Fairman has provided investigative and forensic analysis for a myriad of cases, most notably; the 9/11 World Trade Center Attack, New Jersey Anthrax Investigation, the kidnapping and murder of former Wall Street Journal Reporter Daniel Pearl, Egypt Air 990 suicide airplane crash, International Protestant Church Bombing in Islamabad, Pakistan, numerous Al-Qaeda Safe-House raids throughout Pakistan and the capture of Abu Zubayda, second in command to Osama Bin Laden, Faisalabad, Pakistan. Mr. Fairman was authorized and cleared for top-secret information and granted access to sensitive compartmented information.


Mr. Fairman graduated, with honors, from Morehouse College, in Atlanta Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in sociology.  After graduation, he was employed with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, at the Atlanta Federal Penitentiary in Atlanta, Georgia. He was a member of the Special Operations Response Team, a firearms instructor and received numerous awards and quality step increases for his performance.


Mr. Fairman earned a commission, as an officer in the U.S. Army in 1994 and was assigned to the 202nd Explosive Ordnance Detachment, Ft. Gillem, Georgia.  His extensive explosive ordnance training  was paramount in the forensic analysis and investigation of the International Protestant Church Bombing, Islamabad, Pakistan, and the bombing attempt of a British transport vehicle at the British Consulate, Karachi, Pakistan in 2002. He conducted complex forensic analysis at suicide bomber scenes, where he briefed and taught Pakistani Government, military and police officials crime scene preservation, explosive crater identification and recreating a bombing scene. As a Captain in the U.S. Army, Mr. Fairman was mobilized to active duty status to serve in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. His leadership and organizational expertise accounted for the preparation of deploying units to Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait. Mr. Fairman served as a Supply Officer and subsequently a Commanding Officer during Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, where he personally trained over 5000 soldiers.


Mr. Fairman provided International terrorism training seminars to the Japanese Ministry of  Justice, Philippine National Police, Massachusetts State Police, and U.S. Army, as well as being interviewed on CNN, NBC, NBC Dateline, CNBC, The Morning Show, Fuji Television in Tokyo-Japan, Canada Am, Canada CTV, Polish News, Time Magazine, U.S. News and World Report, Forbes Magazine- Japan and SPA Magazine-Japan. He served as the keynote speaker at the World Conference on Disaster Management, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; was an invited terrorist expert at a Columbia University-New York Preparedness symposium; Chair of the Program Committee and Moderator for the Symposium on Water Terrorism Prevention at the Untied Nations, New York; keynote speaker at the Risk Control Security Seminar (RISCON), Tokyo, Japan; and has provided terrorism and intelligence sessions at Contingency Planning Expos in Washington D.C. and Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a regular guest on the Michael Eric Dyson Show, Warren Valentine Show and other Radio-One shows, where he presided as their international security, International terrorism and intelligence expert.

Jay Rosborough
Chief Operations Officer/ Director

Jay Rosborough has over sixteen years (16) experience with the Department of Defense. His last assignment was at the U.S. Embassy in Freetown, Sierra Leone, where he performed his duties as the Operations Coordinator for the Defense Intelligence Agency.  He assisted and advised the U.S. Ambassador and Defense Attaché on various military, personnel, budget, security, and logistics support. Jay was responsible for Initiating & Submitting e-QIP applications for ADP-I and -II level positions of trusts for over 100 government staff and employees and for the coordination of air, ground and logistics for high profile V.I.P visits.


As a Sergeant First Class in the U.S. Army Special Operations Community, Mr. Rosborough served 5 tours overseas, three of which were in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Rosborough was also awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart for actions during dozens of U.S. Military Operations. He served as an Operations Coordinator, Platoon Sergeant, Sniper Section Leader, Pre-Ranger Instructor, Intelligence NCO, Unit Security Manager (JPAS), Systems Information Manager, Sniper Instructor, Squad Designated Marksman Instructor (SDM), Asymmetric Warfare Counter IED Instructor, Observer Controller (OCT), and holds the Record for the Longest Shot with the Semi-Automatic Sniper System (SASS) during combat Deployment. He also placed in the top 10 In the 2006 International Sniper Competition.  Mr. Rosborough is a Graduate of Defense Intelligence Agency Joint Military Attaché Course, Diplomatic Foreign Affairs Counter Threat Course, Senior Leaders Course, Diplomatic Defensive Drivers Course, First Responder Course, Weapons of Mass Destruction Course, Ranger School, Sniper School, Survival Evasion Resistance Escape Course, Joint Personnel Adjudication Course, Combat Tracker Course, Combative Level II Course. In addition, Jay has managed, directed and facilitated the training of over 10,000 soldiers on Tactics Techniques and procedures during his service in the U.S. Armed Forces. Mr. Rosborough was authorized and cleared for top secret information and granted access to sensitive compartmented information.


In 2017 Jay Rosborough was the Marketing Director for CEDSYSTEMS LLC. a startup Cybersecurity Company in the Seattle, Washington (USA) area that aided several companies in developing their marketing plans for new products. Jay Managed marketing campaigns from creation to execution, creating marketing strategies through analysis of data and past business performance. Jay’s additional duties included accountability and responsibility for marketing budgets and campaign financials.


Mr. Rosborough is currently the Chief Operations Officer (C.O.O) of Strategic Security Solutions (SL) Ltd referred to as 3SL In Sierra Leone, West Africa. 3SL is a Company that specializes in the provision of secured, insured and worldwide logistical shipment of precious minerals, metals, and currency. 3SL is an accredited subcontractor for Brinks Global Services, the world’s premier provider of secure logistics and security solutions in more than 122 countries across 5 continents. Jays training and graduate status from the Northwest Gemological Institute, under the teaching of world-renowned gemologist, Ted Irwin, has enabled him to assist 3SL clients through his expertise in diamond properties, the correct applications of the 4 C’s, grading and most importantly, the differentiation between authentic diamonds and fake/imposter diamonds.

Lamont A. Hale, President of LH International Consultancy Inc., has over 35 years of Military and Corporate leadership experience. He retired from the United States Marine Corps with over 20 years of active-duty service in 2003. His final assignment was the Pentagon where he was assigned to the personal staff of the Deputy Commandant for Plans, Policies and Operations Headquarters, Marine

Corps. During his career he was assigned to the following senior staffs:
